About

We run deal origination for private capital.

Acquisition Atlas finds the founder- and family-owned companies that fit a buyer's criteria, reaches the owners, and puts the qualified conversations in front of the buyer's team. We are not the buyer, and we do not hold sell-side mandates.

Deal flow comes from relationships. That works until you want to deploy faster than your network can introduce you.

Everything outside the network is invisible, and that is where the add-ons live. The owners who fit never run a process, rarely appear in a database, and say no to anyone who gets the size wrong. The alternatives are a banker's auction, with three other bidders on the same company, or never seeing the company at all.

We build the market for your thesis from public records, reach those owners directly, and hand you the conversations that qualify. The systems do the volume. People do the judgement.

How a mandate runs

Four stages, then a weekly rhythm

  1. 01Week 0

    Scoping

Your categories, floors and geography. One message in your words. Who reviews on your side and who takes the first call.

  2. 02Weeks 1 to 2

    Market build

The owner universe for each category from public records, every company scored against the floors, owners identified and verified.

  3. 03Month 1

    Live

Outreach by category where owners actually read. First owner conversations typically inside the month.

  4. 04Ongoing

    Every week after

A contact export per category, interested owners introduced, every pass recorded with the reason.

What we hold to

Six commitments, the same on every mandate

  • One shared pipeline

You see every contact, reply and pass. There is no second list.

  • Your criteria, not ours

No owner is contacted below your floors or outside your categories. The size question is settled before the first message.

  • One mandate, one market

Nothing is shared between clients. We do not resell a market to a competing buyer in the same categories.

  • People at interest

The system does the volume. A person takes over the moment an owner says yes.

  • Our lane

We are not the buyer. We do not negotiate, run diligence or hold sell-side mandates.

  • Owners treated as owners

A plain introduction, the buyer’s terms stated up front, no listing and no valuation talk.

Next step

Bring the thesis. We bring the owners.

Thirty minutes with the managing partner on your criteria, the markets we would work, and what the first conversations look like.
