What you receive
What the system does for the deal team
The whole market
Public registries, filings and records structured into one searchable market for your thesis, re-ingested on a schedule so it stays current.
Research and scoring
Every company researched, given a revenue estimate and a fit score, and tiered 1 to 5 against your criteria with a cited memo.
Outreach by category
Email, LinkedIn and phone sequences on dedicated domains, with a review step before anything is sent in your name.
Inside your CRM
Salesforce or HubSpot as the system of record. Replies land with the research attached and engagement syncs back automatically.
A morning brief
Who replied, who is interested, who to follow up with, every day, before the team opens the inbox.
Your cloud
Built in your AWS account with your enrichment and sending systems connected. We hold no keys you cannot revoke.
How it runs
From scoping to the first conversations
- 01Week 0
Scoping
Markets, criteria, data sources, the CRM and the channels your owners actually read.
- 02Weeks 1 to 2
Data layer
Your account provisioned, the market scraped and structured, owners identified and enriched. Domains warm for two weeks.
- 03Weeks 3 to 4
Live
Scoring, research and the first campaigns running; replies in the CRM; the daily brief in your inbox.
- 04Months 2 to 3
Refinement
Criteria tuned on real replies, new categories added, integrations finished. Then maintained and extended for as long as you run it.

A fit for
Who this engagement is built for
Deal teams that want the pipeline inside their walls
The market, the research and the outreach as an asset of the firm, not a subscription.
Sponsors running several platforms
One system, many categories, each platform’s criteria kept apart.
Family offices with a long hold
A small team that wants volume it can throttle, and nothing it cannot switch off.
Platform add-ons
The system built inside the portfolio company, feeding its own deal team and CRM. The sponsor sees the pipeline without running it.
What we will not do
Said once, so there is no surprise later
- We do not sell software. The system is built for you and transferred to you.
- We do not hold your data. It lives in your account, under your keys.
- We do not put automation on live owner conversations unless you ask for it. People take over at interest.
- We do not replace your deal team’s judgement. Negotiation and diligence stay with you.
Questions
Asked on most first calls
The same engine we run on retained mandates, built for your team on your own cloud: market data, research, scoring, outreach and CRM integration, then maintained and extended by our developers. Infrastructure, data and IP are yours.
You do. On a retained mandate the market exists only inside your engagement. On a system build the infrastructure, data and code transfer outright. Nothing accumulates in a vendor’s account and nothing is shared between clients.
Qualified conversations land in Salesforce or HubSpot with the research attached, and engagement syncs back automatically. If your system of record is something else, we wire into it.
Outreach runs on dedicated sending domains, never your primary domain, each authenticated and paced to its own warming curve. Email follows CAN-SPAM; SMS and voice operate within TCPA and FCC guidance.
Retained search is a monthly fee plus a success fee on closed transactions. An origination system is a one-time build fee, monthly maintenance, and a success fee on deals sourced from it. Success-fee introductions carry the success fee alone. Fees are scoped to the mandate and set out in writing before any work starts; we walk through them on the introductory call.
Also
The other ways to engage
Retained search
A managed origination mandate built around your criteria. We reach the owners, qualify the fit and deliver the conversations to your calendar.
Success-fee introductions
When a company we know fits your criteria, we introduce the owner to your team under an introduction and fee agreement signed up front. No retainer; the fee is earned only when a transaction closes.
Next step
Bring the thesis. We bring the owners.
Thirty minutes with the managing partner on your criteria, the markets we would work, and what the first conversations look like.
