The mandate
A family office set out to roll up United States accounting firms. Most are privately held, revenue is not public, ownership records are inconsistent, and the best targets barely appear in the databases investment teams buy. The team was small and did not want a vendor holding its pipeline.
What we built
The market itself, on the client’s own cloud: 1,180,704 registry records distilled to 380,704 accounting and tax firms, 596,000 decision-makers identified, 419,000 verified contacts. Every firm was researched, given a revenue estimate and a fit score, and tiered against the criteria before an owner was approached.
Outreach ran from inside the client’s CRM, with a review step before any message went out, and every conversation reached the deal team with the firm’s estimate, ownership picture and research attached.
The result
A scored market of 55,186 qualified firms that re-ingests on a schedule, so it stays current without anyone maintaining a list. By July 2026 the platform had three letters of intent in process and paused new sourcing to close them. The system is the pipeline for the add-ons that follow.

A deal platform inside a family office’s CRM
The origination engine kept inside Salesforce, extended with a recruiting module for the platform’s hires, and run by a team of three without a developer on staff.
